House rules

Dear guests! We want our accommodation to be a temporary home for you. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we ask that you adhere to the following rules:

💬 General: If you find anything missing from our accommodation or if something needs to be improved, please let us know. Please treat the furnishings with care so that future guests can also feel comfortable. Should you cause any damage to the furnishings, please notify us immediately. Such matters can usually be resolved quickly and easily through your liability insurance.

Waste separation: Please carefully separate your waste into the designated containers. These are located behind the building. A glass container is located near the fire pond on Schulstraße, approximately 300 meters away, a 4-minute walk away. Location: https://goo.gl/maps/XVfhSbPDhqsw8oKu8

🚬 Smoking: We ask that you smoke only outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smoking is not permitted in our accommodations.

👨🏻‍🍳 The kitchen: We ask that you wash used dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans before your departure and dry them and put them away in the cupboards. There will be a €25 charge for our cleaning staff to do this additionally. We will deduct this amount from your deposit. Please only use a damp cloth to wipe the countertop; do not use any cleaning products. Use a trivet when placing hot containers such as pots, cups, or glasses on it.

🛁 The bathroom: Be sure to open the windows after showering to prevent moisture from lingering in the house. Please do not flush food scraps or toiletries down the toilet.

⏰ Quiet timesTo ensure that you and other holiday guests get enough sleep in the morning, night-time quiet must be observed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and midday quiet from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

🚪Your duty of care: Please close all windows and doors before leaving your accommodation. Please also make sure all lights and the stove/oven are turned off.

💍 ValuablesThe landlord is not liable for valuables or clothing.

🗝️ Keys: As a tenant, you will receive a key from us. If you lose your key, please contact us first. Any costs incurred will be borne by the person responsible.

🚘 ParkingPlease only use the driveway to park your vehicle.

🪴 Garden, Grill & Fire Pit: We ask that you bring any dishes and cushions you've used outside in the garden back inside overnight. The weather in the coastal region can change quickly at night. Strong winds and rain can wreak havoc on these items.

If you stay with us at the right time, the berries, herbs, and fruits from the garden are of course available to you. Please help yourself in moderation and consider subsequent guests.

To ensure subsequent guests also enjoy your barbecue, please clean the grill grate and dispose of the ash properly. Caution: Do not throw hot ash into the trash!

Thank you for using the fire pit with due care and avoiding smoke nuisance. Fires are prohibited during forest fire warning levels 4 and higher. Please never leave open flames unattended and please extinguish the fire pit properly after each use. Use is at your own risk and responsibility. We assume no liability for any damage caused.
